Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking interns to contribute to hardware architecture, AI hardware, and SoC development. This on-site program spans teams and locations in Boston, MA; Austin, TX; Fort Collins, CO; and Santa Clara, CA, with a recruiter screen first to place you on the best fit project.

Interns will engage in architecture decisions, RTL design and verification, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining exposure to architectural tradeoffs, performance modeling, and AI tooling integration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS.
• Experience with digital design, computer architecture and performance modeling.
• Familiarity with ASIC design concepts and RTL/verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist SoC-level architecture decisions and trade studies.
• Support RTL design, verification, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate across Architecture, RTL, Software and Physical Design teams.
