Tenstorrent is seeking interns to work across silicon validation, system software, system design, and packaging. The role focuses on hands-on silicon experience, firmware development, and hardware analysis.

Students from EE, CS, or related fields gain real-world access to cutting-edge AI hardware and large-scale chip ecosystems. Positions are on-site in Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA, with 3-term internship timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Coursework or projects in embedded systems, microwave and signal integrity, board-level design, or thermal/mechanical engineering using low-level programming (C/C++, Python) or hardware design and/or simulation tools (CAD, FEA, Verilog).

• Assist in post-silicon testing of physical chips under real-world workloads.
• Develop foundational software including firmware, drivers, and OS interfaces.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions for power and high-speed performance.
• Design and analyze packaging, electrical, and mechanical aspects of hardware.
