Job summary

Innoflight LLC in San Diego seeks a Hardware Integration & Test Engineer II to design, develop, and enhance testing capabilities for space-grade products. You will work with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to validate requirements on complex systems with hands-on testing.

The role emphasizes failure analysis, test fixture design, and integration troubleshooting, with a focus on reliability and quality in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar hardware testing role.
• Experience testing complex systems and troubleshooting hardware.

Responsibilities

• Designs testing strategies and acceptance test procedures.
• Creates test fixtures, cables, and custom test boards.
• Investigates failures and presents findings to review boards.
• Improves testing capabilities with manufacturing teams.
• Integrates and troubleshoots products with hardware/software teams.
• Provides accurate estimates for testing features.
