Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a scheduling-focused project coordinator to manage hardware installation efforts across multiple sites from Maryland Heights, MO. The role requires strong ownership, concise communication, and the ability to drive project schedules using Microsoft Project while partnering with cross-functional IT delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project coordination or project management with responsibility for schedule management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project is required.
• Experience with Jira is preferred.
• Proven experience scheduling physical installs for network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate physical hardware installs for routers, switches, and AV components across multiple locations.
• Manage vendors, submit orders, and track purchase orders to execution.
• Partner with field operations to align install timelines and resource availability.
• Maintain scope, schedule, and quality. Provide executive-ready status and reporting.
• Use Microsoft Project to build and maintain plans, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate conference room buildouts, including Wi-Fi routers, TVs, webcams, and wireless access points.
• Drive day-one readiness, act as point person, and remove schedule blockers.
• Support SDLC-aligned efforts in Waterfall or Agile environments as needed.
