Job summary

LingaTech, LLC is seeking a hands-on System Engineer I to join the Imaging & Logistics team. This role supports preparation, configuration, testing, inventory management, staging, and deployment of customer-facing technology solutions.

The position ensures hardware is configured, tested, tracked, secured, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable with technology and hardware, and able to follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent required.
• 3+ years IT support, hardware deployment, or related tech environment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, stage, and deploy desktops, tablets, and hardware.
• Test hardware and software to meet deployment standards.
• Receive, inspect, inventory, and track assets.
• Maintain inventory and asset accountability records.
• Package and coordinate equipment shipments to customers and government locations.
• Troubleshoot imaging, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Follow documented procedures and security requirements.
• Collaborate with Imaging & Logistics team to meet deployment schedules.
