The Hardware Fleet Operations team is a critical component of our support structure that enables GDFT to successfully operate a global footprint at scale. This role focuses on Linux terminal‑based troubleshooting beyond documented workflows, investigating recurring issues, managing the hardware lifecycle, and improving documentation and runbooks. You will partner with various engineering groups to transition operational support work to the Hardware Fleet Operations team.
The role also includes building lightweight scripts or basic automation to reduce manual effort and enable other support teams to handle repeatable tasks more efficiently.
This role is hybrid and based in Aliso Viejo, CA. Contract / Contingent Worker status, 12‑month contract.
