Job summary

Essintial Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Technical Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to own hardware inventory, scheduling, and field deployment support. You will coordinate between field teams, logistics, and account leadership to ensure deployments and maintenance occur on time and with quality.

This role requires comfort with technical hardware, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects across store networks.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, service operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of hardware deployment workflows and inventory processes.
• Experience coordinating IT deployments in multi-site environments is a plus.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and able to manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware inventory management, including orders, store kits, BOMs, maintenance, and spare stock.
• Coordinate and schedule for new store deployments, cabling, and hardware installation.
• Align technician assignments based on skillset, scope, and timing.
• Act as liaison between field teams, logistics, and account leadership; monitor activity for scope and quality.
• Provide contract support, logistics coordination, and ensure deliverables meet the program's standards.
• Support SLA tracking, operational reporting, and onsite oversight to ensure timely execution.
• Assist with quotes, purchase orders, invoicing workflows, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
