Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT project coordination or infrastructure coordination experience.
• Experience with network circuits, hardware deployment, and site readiness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across concurrent projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure activities for stand-alone projects and deployments.
• Track infrastructure deliverables, schedules, and handoffs.
• Maintain timelines, dependencies, and status updates to keep projects on track.
• Provide cross-functional project support and stakeholder communication.
• Support readiness reviews and documentation practices across projects.
• Escalate blockers and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
