Fresh Consulting in Washington state is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, interview, and hire top engineering talent across hardware domains. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, craft compelling job descriptions, and maintain candidate pipelines using JazzHR.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and a proactive, fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within a high-performance services partner.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience with emphasis on hardware engineering roles.
• Experience interviewing and hiring engineers (ME, FW, EE, hardware/software test)
• Ability to assess resumes and discuss technical skills credibly with engineers
• Experience building pipelines with passive hardware talent (LinkedIn, Boolean, communities)
• Familiarity with product lifecycle from concept to production
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in engineering/technical field

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates, resume reviews, phones screens, onsite interviews
• Drive the entire recruiting process from sourcing through interview, hire and retention
• Write job descriptions as needed and post/close requisitions
• Enter candidate data into the ATS (JazzHR)
• Assist with candidate onboarding
• Engage in ongoing full lifecycle recruiting training
• Coordinate and attend recruitment events and university activities
