Their products help creative and technical teams bring sophisticated video experiences from concept to the screen.

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and people management for a talented hardware engineering organization. • Drive hardware programs from product concept and architecture through design, verification, manufacturing, product launch, and sustaining engineering.
  • Provide technical leadership during architecture discussions, design reviews, technical tradeoffs, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product Management, Project Management, Software Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to keep projects on track.
  • Improve engineering operations by identifying risks, optimizing processes, balancing resources across projects, and promoting consistent design, verification, documentation, and manufacturing practices.
Here’s what our ideal candidate has
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; a master’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or business is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible hardware engineering experience, including 3–5+ years leading or managing hardware engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware design, verification and validation, manufacturing, product lifecycle management, and Design for Manufacturability/Assembly/Test/Reliability (DFx).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex electronic products from concept through production, with the ability to balance technical, schedule, quality, reliability, and cost considerations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to remain technically engaged while empowering engineers to own solutions.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience building, mentoring, and retaining strong technical engineering teams.
  • Understanding of hardware regulatory and compliance requirements, including EMC, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, risk management, and resource allocation skills.
  • Sound technical judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving product development environment.
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
