Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a seasoned hardware leader in Austin to drive architecture‑to‑production for cutting‑edge network visibility platforms. • BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience.
• Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and delivery focus.
• Ability to lead across HW, mechanical, and ECAD teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development from architecture through to production release.
• Direct a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources.
• Help define product direction for future generations.
• Collaborate with PM, RTL, software, compliance, and manufacturing.
• Assist in managing OEM relationships and sustaining improvements.
• Support sustaining efforts and implement yield‑improving changes.

• Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive Keysight’s success by leading the design and development of cutting‑edge new network visibility platforms – platforms combining high‑speed networking with compute and FPGA resources

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience
• Strong skills and experience in people‑management and development
• Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
• Knowledge of high‑speed signal integrity concepts and practices
• Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non‑compliance issues
• Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
• Knowledge of PCB stackups and understanding of materials
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills
• Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
