Job summary

AMD is seeking a highly motivated Hardware Engineering intern/co-op in the San Jose area. You will work with the Hardware team on discrete and embedded hardware products and learn to build applications for large scale systems that improve efficiency.

You will receive training and contribute to projects that impact millions of end-users, in a role that blends design, verification and pre/post-silicon activities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US-based university in a Master’s program (Electrical or Computer Engineering or related).
• Knowledge of C/C++, HDL languages (Verilog/VHDL), Python and MATLAB is encouraged.
• Familiarity with ASIC design/verification, ML/AI, and computer architecture is a plus.
