Job summary

AMD is seeking a highly motivated hardware engineering intern/co-op. You will work with engineers on AMD's discrete and embedded hardware products, learning to build applications for external and internal use and for large-scale systems that improve efficiency across the organization.

The program runs in a hybrid or onsite format, with 40 hours per week, and positions are available for Spring/Summer and Summer/Fall terms. Open to undergrads at US universities in EE/CE and related fields.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US-based university as an undergraduate in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Willingness to work full-time in hybrid or onsite during the term.
• Knowledge of multiple hardware/software languages (C/C++, Verilog, VHDL, Python) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers and contribute to AMD's discrete and embedded hardware products.
• Learn to build applications for external/internal use and large-scale systems to improve efficiency.
