Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams and hardware development processes.
• Defense or Aerospace industry experience as IPT Lead or Lead Hardware Engineer.
• Ability to present complex technical details to audiences including executives and customers.
• Security clearance capability at SECRET level.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative leadership to about fifteen electrical and hardware engineers.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance, and staffing actions for direct reports.
• Collaborate with programs to meet technical and staffing requirements and engineering processes.
• Review proposals for structure and accuracy and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
