Actalent in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a hardware engineer to develop hardware from the ground up, defining requirements and designing multilayer PCBs for a diverse product portfolio. You will evaluate concepts, select components, and translate customer needs into robust hardware designs that meet cost and reliability targets.

You will collaborate across teams to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping through manufacturing and launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Hands-on PCB/lab validation experience with Altium and test equipment.
