Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, calibration/trim, repair, and perform preventive maintenance of advanced complexity on all manufacturing equipment.
- Work with little or no guidance from Supervisor and/or other Technicians.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Equipment Maintenance personnel.
- Participate on teams to identify and solve complex production equipment issues.
- Enter and maintain accurate entries in the equipment maintenance database.
- Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in electronic technology or equivalent experience
- General knowledge of programming critical path production equipment
- Advanced understanding of electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic technology and theory
- Advanced knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- Advanced knowledge of utilizing modern test equipment to diagnose equipment failures
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, including analog, digital, and microprocessor circuits as well as vision and robotics systems
- Expertise in Excel, Word, Access and maintenance software
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff
- Ability to accept and understand direction, learn new skills and assume new responsibilities with a positive attitude
- Ability to perform assigned tasks under minimal direction and guidance
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of programming automated production equipment.
- Basic knowledge of printed circuit board assembly, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly processes.

Pay Range Data
- New hires generally start between $24.53 - $46.26 an hour.
- We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
