Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

• Demonstrated experience developing power electronics boards from concept through production.
• Proficiency with power electronics design tools (Altium, OrCAD, ECAD, MATLAB/Simulink).

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and test of multi-layer power electronics boards for high-voltage DC systems from concept to production release.
• Support schematics development, PCBA layout, prototyping, DFM, and BOM.
• Develop test plans validating designs against DO-160 and DO-274 standards for EMC, environmental resilience, and functional safety.
• Create and maintain design documentation including schematics, specifications, analysis reports, and test results.
• Conduct design reviews with teammates and cross-functional teams.
• Apply system-level thinking to integrate power electronics with the broader product architecture.
