Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with multi-layer power electronics PCB layout and design.
• 1+ years of experience working on high-voltage DC power systems
• Demonstrated experience developing power electronics boards from concept through production.
• Proficiency with power electronics design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, ECAD tools, MATLAB/Simulink).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, develop, and test multi-layer power electronics board for high-voltage DC systems, from initial concept through volume production release.
• Support schematics development, PCBA layout, prototyping, DFM, board bring-up testing, drawings, bill of materials, and supporting design documentation
• Support development of test plans that validate designs against DO-160 and DO-274 standards, ensuring electromagnetic compatibility, environmental resilience, and functional safety.
• Create and maintain high-quality design documentation including schematics, specifications, analysis reports, and test results.
• Conduct design reviews with teammates and cross-functional teams.
• Apply system-level thinking to understand how power electronics subsystems integrate with and influence the broader product architecture.
