PrideNow, part of Pride Global, is recruiting for a Hardware Designer (Mechanical Designer) in Fremont, CA for a 24+ month engagement with a semiconductor client. The role focuses on mechanical design using NX, with emphasis on sheet metal and machined parts, and requires familiarity with Teamcenter PLM.

Strong experience in NX and a background in mechanical design for light-to-medium fabrication are essential.

Job description

Title: Hardware Designer (Mechanical Designer)

Location: Fremont ,CA

Duration: 24+ months

Client : Semiconductor

Required skills:

• Strong in using NX for 3D CAD (ideally currently using NX, but if not, then at least must have used it for 2+ years before that - no exceptions)
• Familiar with Teamcenter PLM system (expertise not required)
• Solid mechanical design skills (particularly with sheet metal and machined parts

Education:

5+ years experience preferred.
