Job summary

Job Juncture in Austin, TX seeks an accomplished hardware engineering leader to drive the design and development of cutting-edge network visibility platforms, blending high-speed networking with FPGA resources and compute.

You will lead HW, mechanical, and ECAD teams from architecture to production, guide OEM relationships, and collaborate with PM, RTL, software, and manufacturing to deliver future product generations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse hardware teams and develop products.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of hardware development from architecture through production release.
• Head a diverse HW, mechanical, and ECAD team and ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with PM, RTL, software, compliance, and manufacturing for cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and manage OEM relationships and sustaining improvements to yields.

BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience

Strong skills and experience in people-management and development

Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment

Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices

Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues

Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms

Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials

Strong analytical problem solving skills

Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment

Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
