Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant hardware engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse HW, mechanical, and ECAD teams.
• Strong background in high-speed signaling and EMC considerations for networking equipment.
• Experience with embedded platforms and high-performance processors.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to work across cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
• Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
• Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
• Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues
• Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
• Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
