Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Logistics Center Technician to configure hardware, write technical documents, and support inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work with workstations, tablets, POS systems, routers, switches, APs, printers, and scanners, ensuring accurate configuration and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1-year of technical schooling or 3 years hardware/software experience, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate with PMs/PCs

Qualifications

1-year technical schooling or 3 years hardware/software experience.
Proficient written and verbal English communication.
Able to write, interpret and update technical documents.
Ability to work with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Configure hardware (workstations, tablets, POS systems, routers, switches, APs, printers, scanners) per customer specs.
Create and update configuration documents with visual elements.
Coordinate with PMs/PCs on materials and project staging needs.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment for deployment at customer sites.
Record inventory transactions and support cycle counts to 99% accuracy.
