Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Hardware Asset Management Specialist in Arlington, VA to manage hardware assets, track inventory, and handle procurement to ensure lifecycle compliance and optimization. You will use depreciation tools, manage disposal processes, and coordinate with vendors to improve efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in asset management, and 1 year in hardware asset responsibilities, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; one-and-a-half years of additional experience can substitute for one year of a typical degree program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting government/business in an inventory, asset management and/or custodial role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting hardware asset management roles.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware assets within Lifecycle Operations and Asset Management.
• Track inventory and perform audits to ensure lifecycle compliance.
• Prepare procurement packages and oversee depreciation calculation tools.
• Coordinate disposal processes and configuration baseline maintenance.
• Support vendor coordination for hardware to improve efficiency.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, formulas and pivot tables.
• Ensure adherence to asset management guidelines and processes.
