Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Hardtop Assembly Technician to support the assembly and installation of hardtops, ensuring superior quality and attention to detail.

The Hardtop Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing hardtops according to design specifications and safety standards. This role requires strong technical skills, knowledge of composites and marine assembly practices, and a dedication to precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install hardtops following blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and company requirements
  • Work with fiberglass, composites, adhesives, and fasteners to complete assembly tasks
  • Inspect work for accuracy and finish, addressing any issues before final delivery
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a safe, clean, and organized condition
  • Accurately track materials used and report any shortages or issues to supervisors
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
Qualifications
