Job summary

BrightView Landscape LLC in Michigan is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to guide hardscapes installation crews, uphold client standards, and drive safety on site. You will lead field operations, inspect sites, and coordinate crews to deliver high-quality landscape enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in landscape install with supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read architectural drawings. DDOT medical card is preferred and CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Chauffeur’s endorsement or license required.
• Minimum 1 year Hardscapes Crew Leader experience.
• DDOT Medical Card preferred; if not held, ability to pass a medical exam with drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and client standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with a focus on safety, manage schedules, and review reports.
