Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hardscape installation, knowledge of Versa-Lok/Belgard/Unilock systems, and strong teamwork and safety mindset for on-site leadership and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hardscape installation, with emphasis on boulder work and retaining wall systems.
• Strong knowledge of drainage systems, base materials, and construction best practices.
• Ability to lead small on-site crews and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Construct boulder walls, natural stone features, and manufactured block retaining walls according to design plans and safety standards.
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and layout designs for hardscape projects.
• Operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other machinery relevant to grading and stone installation.
• Ensure proper base preparation, drainage, and structural stability of all stonework.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and comply with safety policies.
