Qualifications

• Previous experience as a crew leader or similar position is preferred.
• Snow plowing experience is required.
• Must have a Mass DOT (or willing to obtain one).
• Hydraulic/Hoisting license is a plus!
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations is necessary.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile hardscape/construction crew leader to join our team! Versatility is the key in this position. Our company offers a wide variety of services and we are looking for a hands on, go to leader that can grow along side our company. This will include leading projects such as walkways, patios, walls, light deck/carpentry work, as well as skid steer/mini excavator work, landscaping services, etc.

Responsibilities
