Job summary

Green Light Lawn Care, Inc. is seeking a Hardscape Crew Member to build durable outdoor spaces. The role focuses on hands-on, fast-paced work outdoors, contributing to long-term, quality installations.

You will assist with patios, walls, stairs, and outdoor kitchens while using laser transit tools and maintaining high safety and workmanship standards. West Lafayette relocation supports joining a cohesive, quality-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.).
• 2+ years of landscape installation experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to relocate to West Lafayette, IN before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, outdoor kitchens, and firepits.
• Perform excavation, grading, and preparation for hardscape projects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and use laser transits for proper grading and leveling.
• Support landscape construction with planting, mulching, and softscape work as needed.
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Salary

• $25-$35/hr

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
• 2+ years of landscape installation experience

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, responsible, and quality‑focused mindset
