Job summary

Greenscape is seeking crew members for its Landscaping Crew to develop high-quality landscapes and hardscapes. You will start early, adapt to changing job sites, and collaborate closely with a foreman and teammates.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong work ethic, and safety while performing outdoor tasks across seasons. Training and growth opportunities are available as you load, plant, mulch, and maintain sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and on a diverse team.
• Able to travel outside the state.
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use simple hand tools and gas-powered equipment effectively and safely.
• Basic exposure to horticulture and/or a willingness to learn more about horticulture.
• Able to lift fifty pounds independently.
• Able to remain on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to work under all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and ready.
• Have an excellent attitude and be willing to learn.
• Works well with team in a respectful manner.
• Assists in properly loading tools and equipment as directed.
• Maintains a neat and safe work site.
• Maintains equipment and vehicles, removes debris dirt, and materials from cab and bed.
• Digging, planting, raking, watering and cleanup of landscapes.
• Install plantings and lawns.
• Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from truckInstalling sod and mulch.
• Able to perform other tasks as assigned.
