WHAT YOU'LL EARN

As a Hardscape Crew Member, you'll help build and install paver walkways, patios, retaining walls, water management systems, and other outdoor construction features. You'll operate equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators, assist with site preparation, move materials, and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. THE EXPERIENCE WE NEED

• 2+ years of hardscaping experience
• 2+ years of experience operating various hardscaping equipment, including a skid steer and mini excavator
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
