Hardscape General Laborer 2 – Experienced Construction Professionals Wanted

Baker Landscaping & Concrete is looking for hardworking, experienced individuals who take pride in creating beautiful patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and custom outdoor living spaces.

If you have 2+ years of construction, hardscape, or landscaping experience and enjoy working outdoors with a team that values quality, safety, and growth, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Install pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, and concrete features
• Perform grading, leveling, excavation, and compaction
• Operate tools and equipment such as saws, compactors, and skid steers
• Load and unload materials and equipmentMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Work alongside skilled foremen and team members to build high-end projects

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hardscape, landscaping, or construction experience
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
