Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day leadership and execution of hardlines departments (Camping, Fishing & Hunting, Outdoor, Firearms, Team Sports).
• Plan labor, coach leaders, and drive safety, compliance, and service standards.
• Audit firearm sales and ensure ATF/form compliance and background checks.
• Collaborate with Store Director and other leaders to align goals and execution.
• Drive sales targets and deliver strong customer service and operational excellence.
