You will use processing systems and label printers to prepare merchandise for the floor and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, HiSET/GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to quickly evaluate merchandise for condition, quality, salability, and disposition.
• Ability to learn and apply established pricing and value guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and evaluates donated hardlines for condition, quality, salability, and appropriate disposition.
• Sorts merchandise to appropriate streams (sales, e-commerce, higher-value, outlet, salvage, recycling, disposal).
• Identifies merchandise with higher value based on brand, condition, age, origin, collectability, or market demand.
• Prices merchandise using established guidelines to balance customer value and stewardship.
• Operates label-printing and processing systems to label merchandise for sale and rotation.
