Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred (12 months).
• Willing to cross-train in other departments.
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs and stock displays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile.
• Acknowledge waiting customers promptly in the Hardlines area.
• Listen to needs and offer appropriate products.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
