Job summary

Aafes is seeking a Store Assistant to support daily operations at the Exchange. You will help merchandise the floor, create price labels, and update shelf labeling while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You will also handle basic computer tasks, assist with pricing accuracy, and maintain a neat, stocked environment. The role includes flexible scheduling, weekend shifts, and opportunities to cross-train across departments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Merchandising and price changes knowledge preferred
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas as needed
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer experience by engaging customers and prioritizing needs over tasks.
• Use computer software to create labels, check pricing, and review plan-o-grams.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked area according to Exchange guidelines.
• Be willing to cross-train and work in other store areas as needed.
• Assist with rotating schedules and weekend availability as required.
