You will collaborate across teams and vendors to ensure accurate product details, effective processes, and timely delivery of assortments customers love.

Qualifications

• Business-related experience or internship in merchandising, marketing, or operations.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and business partners in a professional, collaborative way.
• Experience using everyday office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word and curiosity to learn new systems.
• A self-motivated, dependable approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Product & Vendor Data Management: Ensure accurate product setup, testing, and personalization readiness across systems and teams.
• Sample Coordination: Manage sample tracking, facilitate reviews and approvals, and support photo sample preparation.
• Catalog & Web Preparation: Assist in preparing product data and visuals for catalog and web, ensuring clarity and consistency across brands.
• Calendar & Process Management: Support seasonal planning milestones, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
