• Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; experience with merchandising software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Support product management by managing assortments, analyzing performance, and coordinating launches.
• Ensure assortment and inventory align with merchandising strategies and brand standards.
• Collaborate with buyers to track trends, stock levels, and replenishment needs.
• Monitor and report inventory, identify discrepancies, and support stock allocation across locations.
• Assist with markdowns, clearance strategies, and turnover objectives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports and analyze KPIs like sell-through and gross margin.
• Support visual merchandising coordination for displays and promotions across locations.
• Communicate with vendors on delivery timelines, quality control, and discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of product details, POs, and vendor agreements.
