Job summary

Colony Brands in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and guide temporary staff. You will monitor performance, train team members, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

This temporary 5-6 week assignment starts on first shift and moves to second shift later in the assignment. The role requires leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings and strong communication skills to coordinate with the shift team and maintain
