Job summary

VCNY Home is a forward-thinking home textiles company based in North Bergen, New Jersey. The role focuses on developing products from ideation to launch, finalizing specs for prototypes, and researching market trends in design for digital and in-store applications.

The candidate will work with diverse materials (ceramic, wood, metal, resin, glass and textiles) and leverage Adobe Suite and CAD tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in related field.
• 2-3 years of design experience (Home decor, Home accessories or consumer home categories).
• Experience with digital 3D design: form design, renderings & technical drawings.
• Experience working across materials: ceramic, wood, metal, resin, glass & textiles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite & CAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet/exceed deadlines.

The position is based in our North Bergen, New Jersey Office - Monday to Thursday. Friday is a work-from-home day.
