Party Reflections is seeking a Warehouse Prep Associate in the Hard Goods Department to support daily operations and ensure accurate counting, cleaning, and restocking of tables, chairs, and related items for client orders. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Comply with all company policies and procedures while performing the functions of this position.
Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the clock-in time required.
Dress in a professional manner befitting the position.
Maintain a moderate to high energy level while on the job.
Attend all meetings as required by management.
Must learn to operate electric pallet jacks and pallet jacks.
Work with your team to efficiently clean and prep equipment to restock.
Inform supervisor of any damaged or missing products.
Keep work area clean, organized, and neat.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
