Party Reflections Operations, Inc. Career Center is seeking a Warehouse Prep Associate – Tent to support tent fabrication, repair, and inventory readiness.

You will handle tent tops and side walls, contribute to cleaning and stocking fabric, and ensure orders are prepared for client delivery. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and be able to work in a team while following procedures.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must have basic math and accurate counting.
• Must follow instructions and operational standards.
• Must work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies and procedures while performing the functions of this position.
• Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the clock-in time required.
• Dress in a professional manner befitting the position.
• Maintain a moderate to high energy level while on the job.
• Attend all meetings as required by management.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and neat.
• Pull all needed fabric for the upcoming week.
• Clean all fabric scheduled to go out.
• Repair any small holes/tears and keep separate any tent tops needing major repair.
• Inform supervisor of any damages found.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
