Party Reflections Operations, Inc. Career Center is seeking a Warehouse Prep Associate – Tent to support the Tent Department. The role focuses on care and repair of tent tops and side walls and on maintaining inventory readiness for client orders.

The position requires basic math, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a team. High school diploma or related experience is preferred, with non-exempt classification and a readiness to engage in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies and procedures while performing the functions of this position.
• Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the clock-in time required.
• Dress in a professional manner befitting the position.
• Maintain a moderate to high energy level while on the job.
• Attend all meetings as required by management.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and neat.
• Pull all needed fabric for the upcoming week.
• Clean all fabric scheduled to go out.
• Repair any small holes/tears and keep separate any tent tops needing major repair.
• Inform supervisor of any damages found.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
