Party Reflections is seeking a Warehouse Prep Associate for the Hard Goods Department to support day-to-day operations during the integration period. The role focuses on accurate counting, cleaning, and restocking of tables, chairs, and related items to prepare inventory for client orders.

Responsibilities include following procedures, maintaining energy and professionalism, operating pallet jacks, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient prep and restocking.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have basic math and accurate counting skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions and operational standards.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies and procedures while performing the functions of this position.
• Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the clock-in time required.
• Dress in a professional manner befitting the position.
• Maintain a moderate to high energy level while on the job.
• Attend all meetings as required by management.
• Must learn to operate electric pallet jacks and pallet jacks.
• Work with your team to efficiently clean and prep equipment to restock.
• Inform supervisor of any damaged or missing products.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and neat.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
