Visual Warehouse, this hybrid role requires 3–5 years in product development or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with vendors, buyers, and marketing. Open PTO, 401k with company match, and team member discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product development, merchandising or project management.
• Dynamic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Owns hard goods category strategy by identifying opportunities and aligning with financial goals.
• Creates briefs and sets timeline expectations with overseas agents and domestic/overseas vendors.
• Supports development and vendor communications throughout the process.
• Maintains development tracker and ensures accuracy and timeliness.
• Escalates execution issues to the Product Development Manager.
• Defines quality standards with Sourcing and ensures proper documentation.
