Job summary

PORT 32/Acme Marinas is seeking a Dockhand to support the marina team by delivering excellent service to members and guests. The role covers daily dock operations, vessel care, and assisting boaters with their needs while maintaining a safe, clean harbor environment.

You will greet customers, help orient them to facilities, and ensure vessels, docks, and equipment are ready for use. Prior customer service experience is preferred; weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with the best experience possible.
• Greet customers professionally and assist them at the marina.
• Assist in orienting members and guests to marina facilities and respond to questions.
• Support customers with general boating needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vessels, docks, and marina equipment.
• Ensure docks and equipment are operational and compliant with OSHA and environmental regulations.
