Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Marina Dockhand to assist with marina services, quality control, and maintaining a clean, safe dock area. You will help boaters with fueling and docking, pressure wash houseboats and boats, and maintain overall dock operations.

The role is full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal, with responsibilities including customer service, cash handling, and safety compliance in outdoor marina conditions.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities: actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.
• Must be able to swim or be willing to wear personal flotation device while on duty.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• WA State Boaters Education Card

Responsabilités

• Pressure wash and clean House Boats, and small boats.
• Fill propane tanks.
• Maintain Marina maintenance (cleaning, weeding, trash removal, supplies).
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and direct issues to supervisor or unit manager.
• Assist with docking of boats.
• Identify items and tabulate bills at the cash register.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
• Maintain cash register and contents.
• Report safety issues to manager.
