Key Responsibilities (Essential functions, Specific tasks)
High School Diploma required.
Ability to swim and work safely around water, strong customer service skills and positive attitude, willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
Prior marina, dockhand, or boating experience, basic knowledge of boating and dock safety, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) and experience with fueling systems or marina operations
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk, climb ladders and board vessels safely; Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
