Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Marina Attendant to support the daily operation of our marina, ensuring a high standard of customer service and safety. You will assist with fueling, docking, and routine maintenance while promoting a positive image of the store.

Strong communication, teamwork, and boating safety knowledge are important, as is the ability to swim proficiently. Previous marina or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marina, boating, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and valid boating license.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Perform regular maintenance duties, including cleaning docks, walkways, and common areas, and maintaining fuel stations.
  • Assist customers with fueling their boats, following all safety procedures and guidelines; assist with docking and undocking vessels.
  • Demonstrates the proper use of equipment to customers as needed.
  • Reports any damage or concerns about boats or equipment to management.
  • Follows all safety and compliance regulations, with daily inspections to ensure safe conditions for staff and customers.
  • Complete all other tasks as requested by management.

Position Summary

Marina Attendants successfully complete all tasks related to the smooth operation of the marina as instructed to promote the overall professional image of their respective OneWater store. They contribute to the customer’s delight and satisfaction.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and professional manner providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Perform regular maintenance duties, including cleaning docks, walkways, and common areas, as well as maintaining fuel stations.
  • Assist customers with fueling their boats, following all safety procedures and guidelines. Assist customers with docking and undocking their vessels.
  • Appropriately demonstrates the proper use of equipment to customers as needed.
  • Reports any damage or concerns about the boats or equipment to management.
  • Follows all safety and compliance regulations, with daily inspections to ensure safe conditions for staff and customers.
  • Complete all other tasks as requested by management.
