Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a fun and welcoming manner.
• Delight guests by providing exceptional customer service and addressing questions/co ncerns.
• Run POS to sell tickets or season passes.
• Process guests' tickets/passes at entrance gates.
• Answer guest questions or escalate to the appropriate host.
• Assist guests with entry, exit, and reentry to the park.
• Keep the front gate area clean and presentable.
