Job summary

Columbia University in New York is seeking a Handyperson to perform minor building and grounds repairs and preventive maintenance across several medium-sized apartment buildings.

Responsibilities include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and plastering; inspect equipment; perform preventive maintenance; remove snow; and assist with supervision when the building superintendent is away. A high school diploma and three years of related experience are required.
